Musculotendon length vs elbow flexion angles

Simbody is useful for internal coordinate and coarse grained molecule modeling, large scale mechanical models like skeletons, and anything else that can be modeled as bodies interconnected by joints, acted upon by forces, and restricted by constraints.

Musculotendon length vs elbow flexion angles

Post by Sujash Bhattacharya » Sat Feb 08, 2020 12:04 am

I am currently doing a static optimization to get the activations in upper limb muscles. CAn anyone suggest me some reliable source or papers from where I can get, how muscle length, fiber length and tendon length changes with elbow flexion angles. How Opensim get those data? Thanks in advance

Hi, Sujash. I recommend that you post your question on the OpenSim forum. Simbody is a general-purpose multibody dynamics code that OpenSim uses when performing musculoskeletal simulations.
