scaling issue

Hi,

I am trying to get the joint angles for my model. After I scale my model and do inverse kinematics, I notice that the model keeps flipping 180 degrees during its gait cycle. Hence, I get really weird peaks for each gait cycle. When I compare the knee angle exported from the plot with the joint angle calculated from raw data, they are very different (raw data looks more consistent). So I suspect it is because of the scaling?

I am new to OpenSim so was wondering if I can get any suggestion/guidance on how I should proceed with my data?
