I'd like the documentation to OpenSim 4.0 in pdf format. Does anyone have it?

I assume you're referring to the Confluence documentation (https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... umentation), not the doxygen documentation for developers (https://simtk.org/api_docs/opensim/api_docs40/). Yes, you should be able to export the documentation to PDF by creating a Confluence account, logging in, and selecting "Export to PDF" from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the page you wish to export.
