Published project doesn't work (expecially RRA)

I'm trying to follow the project "Studying Anterior Cruciate Ligament Strains in Young Female Athletes".
Please, have a look at the project and download it if you want to help me.

I have tried to contact the author but i haven't receive any response.

This project provides all the necessary files to perform Scaling-IK-RRA-CMC-FD, and a .docx file where there are the instructions to follow the project; but it seems to be so wrong. In fact, when i get to the RRA tool, it doesn't work.
I think it's impossible for me to explain all the problems that i found over RRA tool, so i beg someone to download it and try to follow the project, and to collaborate with me to resolve all the problems.
