zero values for missed markers

Dear Experts,

OpenSim automatically sets zero values for missed marker frames. This happens for both empty and NaN frames.

I opened the trc file in MOKKA but nothing is there.

Doesn't it affect the results of IK?

Hello,

While the visualization may show a marker at zero because objects can't disappear off the screen once created (can't show NaN!), the raw data used by the tool doesn't have this issue so IK will not be affected.
