Visualizer Window not responding

I am currently trying out tutorial 1 to familiarize myself with the interface before I attempt to start my own project. In the tutorial, they show that in the navigator window you can select "Show Only" on any of the muscles, and that you can use the Coordinates sliders to move components around. When I try either of these things, nothing happens in the Visualizer window. I'm not sure if there is a "refresh" button that I'm missing, or if I maybe missed a step in the installation of the software.

There's no refresh button and the functionality should work out of the box. If you see an error indicator on the status bar that may give us a clue about what's wrong with your environment. If so, please click it and copy/paste the contents of the error dialog into this thread.

What platform are you on, and are these issues model specific? version specific?

I decided to try "old faithful" and restart the program. The visualizer window is now responding with no issue. I'm working on an older PC, but it does have Windows 10.
