Why can't I launch the GUI's Visualizer Window?

Why can't I launch the GUI's Visualizer Window?

I'm a newbie to opensim. Is not displayed Visualizer Window when any model is opened.I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but it doesn't work, the computer only has music and social apps, so I don't know what might be wrong.It is urgent as the homework needs opensim to be completed. I would like to get help. :cry: :cry: :cry:

Please see the "Frequently Asked Questions" page in the Confluence documentation (https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... +Questions), under "Visualization and Graphics". Do either of those situations apply?
