Creation of a marker set file from a .trc static file

Hi there,

I am a PhD student at the Faculty of Human Kinetics, University of Lisbon, and I am working on a project which implements MSK models from sheep.

To this end, especially regarding the scaling and IK steps, is there any form of creating a markerset file automatically from a .trc static file?

It is important that (especially for anatomical markers) that these are placed on the model separately, without any bias from the experimental data. The scaling step is trying to adjust the model's parameters to best fit the data, so if you try to use the data to make the markers, it could cause issues in the scaling step.
