Hi Bardiya,

Thanks for your great work on developing of Autoscoper. we are trying to process our Biplane X-ray data by using it. we are not very familiar with the software, and we have two questions about the inputs, hope to get your help.

1. How can we obtain the 2d DRR image series based on 3d CT volume data?

2. Can you explain more about the calibration file, how to prepare it?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Zhihui

Hello Zhihui,

The DRRs are ray cast projection data of partial density volumes of your CT data. Image volumes provided as tiff stacks can be loaded in to Autoscoper, which will project the density data on to each camera image, based on your 3d calibration.

We use XMALab to compute the intrinsic and extrinsic camera parameters and export in a MayaCam 2.0 format for Autoscoper input. https://bitbucket.org/xromm/xmalab/wiki/Home

Thanks Amy and Bardiya. We figured out problems one by one according to you guys great help and support. The only problem we using Autoscoper is the imported 3d bone model cannot match the X-ray images(attached you can find it). We tried different ways in the past weeks, but no progress was made. Therefore, we are sorry to trouble you again, could you please to give us some comments about this problem. Thank you very much.
