how to use PolynomialFunction

I want to use MATLAB to stimulate the muscle, which is the activation value of the given muscle. But I don't know how to write an PolynomialFunction, and more specifically I don't know what SimTK: : Vector means. Do you have any friends who have used this function in MATLAB? Could you please send me a method of using this function in practice, or could you give me some suggestions on the process of muscle stimulation?
