Amazon EC2 GPU Cluster

The functionality of OpenMM will (eventually) include everything that one would need to run modern molecular simulation.

Amazon EC2 just announced their new Cluster GPU instances: http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/#instance

Will OpenMM be able to utalize all this power for some cheap on-demand HPC?

Yes, it should work fine. We have some people here who are using it (though I'm not certain whether they've specifically used OpenMM with it).
