Hi Justin,

There is a Python script here https://github.com/ktbolt/cardiovascula ... tgr/python that scales SV segmentations.

There is also a Python script here https://github.com/ktbolt/cardiovascula ... ths/python that reads SV path files. It just displays them but you could modify it to scale the path points following what is done in scale-contours-ctgr. You will need to modify path control_points and path_point pos data.
