Choice between CMC and SO

Post by marco xu » Mon Jan 03, 2022 6:43 am

Hi, recently I'm facing choices between using SO or CMC to estimate muscle force.
While I found CMC is more sensitive to model parameters, such like muscle isometric force.
I think it's due to the consideration of passive force contrast with SO.

So if someone have some advice or experience of choosing a more feasible method to calculate muscle forces?

Thank you so much for answering!

Please see the documentation page on the Overview of OpenSim Workflows to help guide your choice in what methods to use to generate simulations.
