Hi,
I'm a student in a French engineering school. I'm using OpenSim during my research internship (working on the upper limb).
I'm facing a problem putting the data in the right format for openSim, I have the coordinates (.dat file for each) for each marker (I got the data using CodaMotion). I don't quite see how to use the matlab code or what it takes as an entry. Are there any tutorials ?
Can Opensim take Excel files instead?
Thank you very much.
Maha.
