I can't load the model

We describe here the methods we used to create a detailed musculoskeletal model with 84 degrees of freedom and 134 muscles. Our model has three key-features: three-dimensionality, scalability, and modularity. We tested the validity of the model by identifying forelimb muscle synergies of a beagle at walk.

I can't load the model

Post by Martina Pedroli » Fri Sep 16, 2022 6:26 am

I have tried to load the model but it doesn't work. I can only see warnings like these:

[warning] Model name 'Stark (2016) Spezzoo' contains whitespace.
[warning] It was renamed to 'Stark(2016)Spezzoo'.
[info] Loaded model Stark(2016)Spezzoo from file C:\Users\Gihyeok Na\Desktop\Full curve\stark(2016)spezzoo.osim
[warning] GeometryPath 'geometrypath' has subcomponents with duplicate name 'pathpoint'. The duplicate is being renamed to 'pathpoint_0'.
and so on

How can I do to see the model?
Thanks

Dear Martina Pedroli,

Sorry for my late reply. Unfortunately, I don't get a message from SimTK when there is a new post. My guess is that you are using version 4 of OpenSim. There is a known bug there with the new GUI engine.

Which version do you use?

You can also try to replace the geometries to smaller geometry files.
