Post by Mohamad Saadi » Wed Oct 26, 2022 9:48 am

hi,
how can I upload a CT folder to simvascular?
the folder has a round 500 imagaes. according to instructions: click create an sv projrct, choose an image by simply clicking and image and the software should do the rest. i tried doing so with no success however.

Hello,

Do you see any error messages in the SV terminal window (the terminal window that opens when SV is started). What platform are you running on and what version of SV are you using?

Cheers,
Dave

Hello, may I ask why the picture on the lower left and the picture on the upper right are not displayed completely?

Hello,

It might be that your image data, whatever modality it might be, is not formatted correctly, or that the image data, whatever the the dimensions might be, is not a 3D volume.

Cheers,
Dave
