i have look through the direction of OS and CMC,but it all suggests to compare my results with the sEMG singal. Are there any other use of sEMG signal, do i have convert sEMG signal so that it can use in Opensim? thanks a lot!

There are a lot of details to carefully consider when working with EMG. The Verification and Validation paper for OpenSim (Is My Model Good Enough? Best Practices for Verification and Validation of Musculoskeletal Models and Simulations of Movement) discusses many of these details and could be a helpful place to start.
