Dear Simvascular Developer I am currently solving a flow in a blood vessel using fluid-structure interaction analysis and am having difficulty calculating the OSI.I am using Ubuntu as my operating system and have built the source code to run the simulation
1Is there an option to have Simvascular calculate the OSI automatically
2Is there a method to calculate the OSI without python script
3I would like to calculate OSI by building the source code and running the simulation, preferably without GUI
Also, I have not remeshed by fluid-structure interaction analysis, so the WSS interpolation should be available before and after deformation.
Thank you in advance for your help

Hello,
The svFSI program does not compute OSI so you will need to write a program to do this.
Cheers,
Dave
