Good Morning!
I've completed an initial batch of data collections using OpenCap at 240hz. Qualitatively and quantitatively, I've noticed a lot more baseline noise in the captured kinematics then in previous trials we've collected at 60hz. Qualitatively, there's a lot more noisy/jittery/vibration-like movement of the visually recreated skeleton. Quantitatively, this is present with more noise across the timeseries for all joints and coordinates.
Has this been a common issue? Any thoughts on how to address it? We've tried setting up in different locations, but no improvement in the noise has been noticed.
For example, this trial -- d99c8c5b-ba05-42ab-b819-6a3ec1c4d769

Re: Increased baseline noise - 240hz
This is expected. By default the data is filtered at half the sampling rate. If you collect at 240Hz, then the data is filtered at 120Hz, which is likely not doing much. You could probably filter the data again depending on the activity you are measuring.
