pardon me sir

sir i am using this software from last month but i did not face any problem to run simulation
but after few days my simulation is not running getting an error i have attached some screen shot kindly look into

i thought my ubuntu has some issues so i again installed the ubuntu in my pc an then again install simvascular, but after installing the simvascular still my simulation isn't running

Which Ubuntu OS are you using?

Did you install gcc and openmpi.

for using svFSI do i need to learn Python first

Hello,

Check that you have the required software. You can do this by printing the version of each component, for example

gfortran --version
gcc --version
mpiexec --version

svFSI is a Fortran code, you don't need to learn Python although knowing Python can perhaps help creating data files and such.
