AddBiomechanics Server

Hello,

The AddBiomechanics server seems to be down. I noticed this on Wednesday, 4/3. The status of my job has not changed from "Status: Waiting for server".

Just wanted to make sure the team was aware. Any update on when it will be up again?

Hi Alex,

The AddBiomechanics processing server is currently online and processing jobs. It may have temporarily gone down while you're job was queued, causing it to get lost on the server. This is rare, but unfortunately it can happen.

For a temporary fix, try creating a new subject with your model and data files and submit a new job. I realize this is inconvenient: we are working on a fix to make it easier to restart jobs that get stuck on "Waiting on server".

Thanks so much for the reply. I should have mentioned I did try restarting the same job several times but I can never seem to get past "Status: Waiting for server".

Update:

Tried two jobs overnight. The status of one changed to Error but the other was a success!
