Unable to achieve required assembly error tolerance.

Hi ,

while performing the analyse tool option.

How can i avoid the Unable to achieve required assembly error tolerance error,and why its showing this

am unable to get the muscle analysis reports


below is the messages:

Hi, do you have constraints in your model, such as WeldConstraint or CoordinateCouplerConstraint? Does it happen again if you uncheck the Filter coordinates in Analyze tool?

Thanks for the response,

in my model i didnt add any constraints in my model,
i need the muscle active fiber force which is not comping because of the error.

what can i do now,almost in my final stage of report submission ,plz help

Relaxing the model assembly accuracy may help. You can find it in the Properties tab.

Try 1e-7 for example.

Hi , i have a 3 new constaint added in my model
,they are the coupler constraint ,does it affect the output
