pose2sim

Post by Mohadeseh Kavianifard » Mon May 20, 2024 3:19 pm

Hello,

I am currently using pose2sim and following the instructions provided in "https://github.com/perfanalytics/pose2s ... le#scaling". I have successfully generated 3D results in trc files. While the trc files appear to be in good shape and I can open them using Mokka software, I encounter an issue when proceeding to the next step, "Demonstration Part-2: Obtain 3D joint angles with OpenSim." Not only is the run button inactive, but I also receive an error stating "unable to open the marker file."

For more information, I have attached a picture to illustrate the issue. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hi, you need to specify your markers, the TRC file, in the "Marker data for measurements" section:

Hi,
The trc file is probably not found at this address, click on the little blue folder to manually select its correct location.
I'm planning to make Pose2Sim work without having to use the OpenSim graphical interface (or just for visual verification), but I'm not sure when I'll find time for it yet :)

Hi,

I apologize for not being able to respond earlier. When this window appears, do not click on the 'load' button. Instead, choose the trc file in the scale model.
