Processing taking a very long time

New project for OpenCap, which is a new software package to estimate 3D human movement dynamics from smartphone videos. OpenCap strongly relies on OpenSim.

Processing taking a very long time

Hello, I have some students who are looking to collect some data using OpenCap. They are running into some issues with 2-5 second videos taking 20 plus minutes to process. Is this normal? Or is there something that we are missing in the process that would help expedite this processing? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey, trials might take longer to process if the queue is long (ie, many people using OpenCap), which often happens these days. Antoine

Hello,

I'm experiencing a very long processing delay. Last week, it was a matter of a couple of minutes, but today, it has been more than 12 hours since the upload.

What are the best time windows to run OpenCap to avoid these big delays or long queues?
