Dear Sir/Madam,
Hope everything is going well with you.

The following error occurred when I wanted to process data using OpenCap local deployment (Figure 1). Then I carefully checked the local code of this trial, only to find that the synchronized videos failed to download with the codes on the left in the FIg.2. I checked another session that could successfully obtain data with the code on the right side of Fig 2.

Can you please help me solve this problem?
Is this error because I didn't synchronize when I shot it? But other videos I shot under the same conditions can be processed successfully. Can you tell me how to avoid this error?
