Dear OpenSim Support Team,

I have recently designed a model using OpenSim Creator and I am able to view it within the Creator interface. However, I encounter an issue when attempting to visualize the same model in the OpenSim software itself; it does not appear as expected, and No errors were raised.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Any tips or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
