Hi, I have some experience with OpenFOAM and I switched from OpenFOAM to SvSolver because of the BC mainly. It will take me some time to reproduce the implementation of the different BC to model the outlets as a RCR. Also meshing using SnappyHexMesh (for example) is definetely a steeper learning curve than using the pre-setted parameters given here for tetGen. I can give a better and longer answer, but those 2 were the main reasons if I wanted to get started doing blood flow simulations quickly.
