Trial Reprocessing

I had a data collection August 8/9th and a few of my videos in each trial (21 total participants with 16 videos each) are having this error "Pose detection timed out. This is unlikely to be your fault, please report this issue on the forum. You can proceed with your data collection (videos are uploaded to the server) and later reprocess errored trials".

Do I need to do anything besides post on the forum, or will errored trials automatically be reprocessed?

Hi!

I have good news! I reprocessed all of your failing trials, and most of them finished successfully. However, there are three trials (two from the same session) that ended with errors:

1) 842a86b2-c744-4537-a626-15f51671268f -> 07_HandFloat: Not all cameras have uploaded videos; one or more cameras might have turned off or lost connection
2) ff8df1ab-1258-4fa9-8e82-531c5183873f -> 05_HandFloat: Not all cameras have uploaded videos; one or more cameras might have turned off or lost connection
3) ff8df1ab-1258-4fa9-8e82-531c5183873f -> 02_HandFloat: Not all cameras have uploaded videos; one or more cameras might have turned off or lost connection

It seems there was an issue during video uploads. This has occurred to us before when the Wi-Fi connection was poor or unstable. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do in that case.
