Rotating the Model and .mot File for a 90 degrees Rotation

Post by Antonio Vecchio » Tue Sep 10, 2024 5:02 am

Is it possible to rotate the model and the .mot file to achieve a 90 degrees rotation? Normally, the model stands upright, with the eyes parallel to the ground and gravity applied perpendicularly to the ground. What I want is to rotate the gravity to be parallel to the ground and have the mannequin lying down, with the eyes facing "upwards" (towards the ceiling). How can I achieve this?
Thank you for your assistance!
Antonio

Hi, you can rotate/translate the model through pelvis coordinates (some adjustments in range of motion or unclamping the coordinates might be required):

In regard to experimental data, the Transform option could come handy:

Hope this helps.
