Hello sir, now my pblem is resolved . but I have another issue this optimal value is the mean of moco bound value. how can I get the actual optimal value.

I am not sure what you mean by this. If you problem converged and the controls are at the middle of the control bounds, then it probably converged to a local minima. There are many factors that might explain this: cost functions terms (and their weights), model complexity, choice of initial guess, etc.
