IDTool vs AnalyzeTool

Post by Margarida Machado » Thu Dec 02, 2010 10:03 am

Hi,

When I run an inverse dynamics with the IDTool, I get the net forces and
torques, but when I run an inverse dynamics with the AnalyzeTool, I get some values related to muscles. What these values mean? Are they passive
muscle forces? Why do I not get the net forces and torques as the IDTool?

Thanks for the support.

Margarida

Hi Margarida,

I'd suggest you compare the setup files (save settings in the GUI) these should be identical, if not that will give us a clue as what might be different.

Good luck,
