I am attempting to create a maker set for the Standford VA upper limb model. Then end goal is to do an inverse dynamic analysis on motion capture data. Is there a better method to placing virtual markers other than simply eye balling and guessing?
Thanks
Dave

RE: Marker set for the upper limb
Hi David,
Ideally you'd do something similar to Scaling/Marker-placement where you guess/eye-ball an initial position for the markers, and have a static trial with recorded marker trajectories and later have the software move the markers to the precise location based on solving an InverseKinematics problem.
Hope this helps,
