CUDA Toolkit 4.0

The functionality of OpenMM will (eventually) include everything that one would need to run modern molecular simulation.

CUDA Toolkit 4.0

Does OpenMM works with Cuda 4.0 and if yes what changes have to be done to the installation procedure.

OpenMM 3.0 has not been tested with CUDA 4.0. The next version of OpenMM (which will hopefully be released in a few weeks) will support CUDA 4.0.
