Look for the reference paper on determining transition rate

Dear All,

Upon reading the first paper of MSMBuilder, "Using generalized ensemble simulations and Markov state models to idetify conformational states", I found it referred us to the upcoming paper regarding the determining of the transition rates in the last sentence of the "Concluding Remarks" section, as it is quoted here:

"Finally, the results of applying this method to GE datasets may be used as a basis for determining the rates of transitioning between states (Huang et al., in preparation), thereby giving a complete picture of a system’s dynamics.",

but I could not find this paper by going through Dr. Huang's publication list.

Does anyone happen to know has this paper been published, or is there any other related document about how to determine the transition rate between macrostates? Your reply will be greatly appreciated!
