Hi,
I have used the base model gait2354_simbody.osim for a jump-landing motion. When completing this with my one subject I had no issues the model scaled and inverse kinematics ran perfectly. However, when preforming the same motion with another subject I receive the following message upon scaling:
Replaced marker set in model 3DGaitModel2354
Loaded marker file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\Amanda\examples\Amanda\Amanda_stand_wobrace.trc (18 markers, 200 frames)
Measurement 'pelvis'
___WARNING___: marker RASIS in pelvis measurement not found in 3DGaitModel2354
Measurement 'thigh'
___WARNING___: marker RASIS in thigh measurement not found in 3DGaitModel2354
Measurement 'shank'
___WARNING___: marker LC in shank measurement not found in 3DGaitModel2354
Loaded marker file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\Amanda\examples\Amanda\Amanda_stand_wobrace.trc (18 markers, 200 frames)
All markers are being extracted successfully from the C3D file and all the xml files are identical to those for my first subject apart from a few additional markers on the torso.
If anyone knows why the RASIS and lateral condyle markers are not found in the model gait2354_simbody.osim your help would be appreciated.

Re: Scaling the Model
Hi Amanda,
Please use the "File->Preview Motion Data") command in the GUI to verify that the c3d to trc file conversion worked correctly as the trc format is very picky about spaces/tabs/header and these can cause problems downstream.
Please let us know what you find so we can help you troubleshoot further.
