I'm not really sure what the root issue is here.

Could you post the script you used to generate the tibial acceleration data estimate? It would be helpful to reproduce the issue on my end.

I have done most of the analyses in the GUI, but have send a zip folder with the Matlab code, and the model + experimental data by email as it was too large to post here. I can also send the Rajagpoal model + experimental data, but as this is already provided with the OS installation that might be redundant.
