I'm trying to use from CMC tool but It gives high reserve torque in the left ankle (picture below). I have read the documentation about troubleshooting the CMC tool before. It was recommended to change the optimal fiber length of muscles to intensify their power and as a result, decrease the reserve torque of that joint. I have tested some muscles but It was not successful. do you have any recommendations about this issue? I want to know which muscle I have to change and how much change in optimal fiber length is recommended?
