Is there any way to get access to the muscle forces and joint torques during a forward dynamics simulation?

GUI approach: Attach a force analysis to your forward dynamics simulation and get the muscle forces. Plug the motion and externally applied force in the inverse dynamics tool.

Thanks, Dimitar. Isn't there any way to get the joint torques during the forward dynamics itself? (Rather than doing inverse dynamics)
Also, is there any in-built function that I can use to calculate muscle forces and joint torques in python/MATLAB?
