generate scaling setup file for arm26 model (solved)

Hi all, i'm new to opensim and i'm looking forward to someone that can help me with my problem.
My mentor want me to do some manual scaling on the arm26 model but there is no setup file in the package i download from opensim website so i can't do any scaling work.
Then I found the code that can generate the setup file for scaling with matlab (attached below) , but i don't know hot to generate the MarkerFile and the ScaletaskFile it need .what's more i don't have any marker data. Can anyone help me with
1.generate the MarkerFile and the ScaletaskFile, with it method ,format ,anything as detail as it can be.
2.Teach me if I can generate the setup file without any marker data,
3.If someone can offer me your data to generate the setup file or your setup file directly,i'll be really thankful.
