How much should be optimal force value?

1) What should be the optimal force value for path actuator for normal person.
Optimal force value is given=10
But on what basis I should select optimal force value.
2)What is the minimum control and maximum control which is given in geometry window of path actuator.
3)How we select fixed and moving for path actuator.
4)I have tried a lot but there is a problem in wrapping.
How to do wrapping?
5)how to provide two control signals?
Please give me a reference for all.
