CMC

Post by Seven Lau » Wed Dec 04, 2019 7:55 am

I added some external parts, bushing forces and actvie actuators into the model(subject01_metabolics), and then run CMC to follow the RRA result(subject_adjusted_Kinematics_q), this simulation can be finished sometimes and the CMC result files are too large which cannot be ploted on Opensim. Are there some optimized methods?
Another question: I want to underdrive the muscles or I just want to reduce the driving force of each muscle.
More details can be viewed in the following pictures.
Please help me.
THANKS.
Your sencerely.
Mr Lau.

Those file sizes seem very large. How long are your experimental trials? If you have a very long experimental trial, then you may want to break it up into a number of smaller trials to help with analysis.
