knee doesn't follow the right-hand rule

Dear Experts,

Unlike the gait_2392 or Hamner models, the knee coordinates of the Rajagopal model don't follow the right-hand rule. Based on this rule, the knee flexion values should be negative (look like the above-mentioned models) but is positive.

Please Let me know the reason for this change.
