Hello,
I am working on building a model using the matlab scripting functionality. When I initiate bodies, the .osim file defaults to giving them a FrameGeomety scale factor of <0.2, 0.2, 0.2>.
Does this scale factor effect anything other than the size of the axes displayed for the body when "Display Axes" is chosen in the GUI?
There appears to be an option to scale the "FrameGeometry" and the attached geometry. I'm just wondering if there is another function of FrameGeometry, so I need to keep track of it, or if it's just for visualization and the scaling won't effect the model.
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help,
EAD

Re: Frame Geometry Scale Factors
Hi Emily,
All Geometry objects are used exclusively for visualization, this includes FrameGeometry so there's no other functionality to keep track of.
Best regards,
