I am currently attempting to work through the ISG Workshop ( https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8 ... kshop+2016 ) and am having some issues properly generating the ScapulothoracicJoint_Shoulder model in the visualizer window of 4.1.
I have the most recent versions of the model and the plugin downloaded from : https://simtk.org/frs/?group_id=986
Though I did have to manually create a "Plugins" folder in my OpenSim4.1 folder because the 4.1 download did not create one. I was still able to load the ScapulothoracicJointPlugin41 without any errors in the GUI, but felt this might be important information.
Issue: When I load the library and then the model, the geometries of the model are off (*see attachments). The majority of the model is located below the ground and the majority of the model anatomy has not generated in the visualizer. The humerus, ulna, and radius appear in the visualizer but are oriented incorrectly.
I was hoping to get the model working properly in 4.1 to be able to work through the ISG workshop, any help would be appreciated.

Re: OpenSim 4.1 ScapulothoracicJoint model/plugin issues
Hi,
I think that your geometries are missing. Potentially, it was written in the Messages section. If that is the case, you should unzip the geometry folder that comes with the model. It should either be extracted where the model is, or added to the geometry path in your preferences.
Hope it's helpful.

Najoua,
Thanks for the help, looks like I had extracted the Geometry folder into a second Geometry folder housed within the original one. I shortened the path by removing one of the folders and everything generated properly.
Thanks!
