Issue with transforming data after MacOS update

Hello everyone. After updating to MacOS 11.0.1 Big Sur this morning, I'm no longer able to transform my data. I'm still able to open my model and (File >) Preview Experimental Data, but when I right click and try to transform, the pop-up window takes up the entire screen, the OK button flashes, and OpenSim stops responding. It either crashes or I force quit. I was able to transform data two days prior, but back then the pop-up window didn't take up the whole screen. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the MacOS update or not. Has anyone else experienced this or similar problems?
