Model dislocated after Scaling

Post by Pablo Delgado » Wed Jan 27, 2021 11:19 am

Greetings,

I am having some problem scaling an upper extremity model. After the scaling, the resulting model ulna and radius are dislocated with respect to the humerus and the hand. The model that I am using has a geometry folder, which path I have already added to the GUI. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? I would really appreciate the help!

Regards,

Pablo Delgado

Hello,

If your model has custom geometry/meshes, this could be a visualization issue (that has been fixed in version 4.2 Beta now available for download), which you can verify by saving the model in the same folder as the unscaled model then reloading in the application. If not then you'll have to investigate how you scaled the model and if some scale factors are applied correctly or are reasonable.

Please let us know what you find out,
