Keep four panel view while segmentation

Post by Alan Wei » Thu Mar 18, 2021 10:33 am

To whom it may concern,
I hope you are having a nice day.
I like how SimVascular automatically brings up the segmentation panel (reslice of the image and its gradient) when the Segmentations is enabled:

However, for my applications, it would be very helpful if I can have the traditional four-panel view (as shown below) on the side of the reslice view under Segmentations.

Is there a way to do that?
In other words, is there a way to have both the segmentation panel (image 1) and traditional four-panel view (image 2) together while segmenting?

Thanks in advance,
Alan

Hi Alan,

There is currently no way to have both views. However, you can select slightly different views by selecting the Tool icon in the 3D window. This brings up a menu for different views. Selecting the 2D images left, 3D right menu item sort of does what you want.

Cheers,
Dave
