scale marker

Hello,
I'm in trouble with scale. After I adjust the markers on the model,the same as I put on the subject. And then I scaled the model. I have some problems.
1.When I hit preview static pose,some of the markers are away from the model,as in picture 1.When I hit the run directly,it seems well.
2.After I collected the data using the 3D optical motion capture system, the teacher in charge performed preliminary data processing and added a lot of markers. I want to know, do I need to add these extra virtual points to the model? And the experimental markers didn't fit the virtual markers well,as in fig 2.
3.After I scaled the model,its Shape becomes deformed.
These are the problems I encountered when I scaled and I hope to know how to solve them.

And I tried to run the IK,5 markers are still there,without moving. Same as the marker in Figure 1.
