lower limb cycling

Dear all,

I am a biomedical engineering student new to Opensim. I would like to generate a lower limb cycling model with forward dynamics. I do not have any additional resources and can only use the model and data file provided in Opensim. May I get some advices from all of you on how to generate the optimal cycling model with the existing file, model and data in the software??
