I am using opensim4.2 to do some gait simulations. I collected IMU data by Xsens, and I'm trying to be consistent with what's in the example when I do the experiment. Besides, I have run my data in the opensim4.2 sucessfully. However, the IK result is inaccurate. I think it may be related to the coordinate system. I tried all rotations in .xml file of calibration process but it is also inaccurate.
Could you give me some suggestions to solve this problem? In addition, I want to know whether there are some requirements of the placement of IMU sensors when collecting data.
